Creating a hole in her abdomen actually incurs relatively little pain.
But that is a good idea for if she ever figures out that sort of thing.

I was talking about the intestine snake thing. How would you even grow bones out of your intestines?

My issue is how you'd actually completely externalise your intestines in the first place.
