I dunno what's happening, but our damage output seems really low, especially in comparison to what we're taking. Surrender... may work maybe. But Kaltsar will not be the first.

What happened is i made the enemies hard in an attempt to encourage you all to take time and plan. It wasn't meant to be a fight map and you got caught at a bad positioning in the enemy formation

The majority of us can only do scratch damage, yeah. It's actually impossible, barring crits, to kill any of the guards our phase, I think.

Vs the guards...
Angus does 1 damage, Kaldach 2, Edgar 3, Kaltsar 3, Taft 3, Julia 5, Shilleka 9

The guards are actually higher stats-wise than level 2, which doesn't help our chances.

Such is the fate of those who misstep in the stealth mission, I guess.

It's not impossible. At least one of them is at 5 hp

Yeah, but can those of us who can reach him get the job done? He only has one open space next to him, and no one up who does 5 damage. I mean, we could hope Dar finishes him, but... Eh.

Surrender sounds REALLY good right now.

Hmmm.

Looking closer, sword's right. Either taft or Kald can attack C, doing 2-3 damage. Then Angus rescues Apollo, and Edgar attacks for 3 dam.

As long as neither miss, they'd eke out enough damage the guard would fall over and it'd cost us one directly downed character.

Then Kaltsar could vuln Shilleka and pray she dodges. The one who didn't attack vulns our ally.

Enemy phase, D and B down Doors, A probably downs Shilleka. We lack damage dealing enough to strike back. We do a desperate vuln dance until more enemies arrive and beat us down.

Bad End.

I agree, let's surrender and then break out and pretend we were never captured.

That sounds difficult. I fully expect us to be employed by our captor.

Be employed by our captor, immediately betray him and work for the enemy
