Bio: A amnesiac and once member of a prominent bandit gang. During a scuffle with authorithies on the border of Arer, he was knocked out and left for dead. Awakening to find himself not recalling much of his life, he now wanders the land as a mercenary, hoping to wreak vengeance upon the men who left him for dead.

Bio: Bomrek was once a promising acolyte in his temple, trained since a young age in the art of healing and helping others. His elders disapproved of Bomrek's willingness to aid the less savoury of the locals, however, saying that treating those who broke the law before turning them over to the authorities was the same as breaking the law themselves. After more arguments than he could count, Bomrek was eventually told to leave the temple so that he could see more of the world. Unfortunately, he learned more than they would have liked, especially how much a healer could make by working with mercenaries. Since leaving the temple nearly ten years ago, he has travelled far and wide, making (and losing) a small fortune on his jobs.

You forgot race bonuses for one thing (+1 to con, +1 to mag, -1 to skl/spd), second we already have someone with Charisma, doesn't mean you can't do that just figured I'd give a heads up. Third, background is a bit weak. Where was he from originally? Where is he now? Etc.

Bio: Bomrek was born in Cleper, trained in the art of healing from a young age and expected by his family to rise, if not to a seat on the council then at least to a position of prominence in one of the great libraries of the city. Bomrek had other plans, however, determined to seek out more dangerous parts of life, searching the city for book thieves and sellers of illicit potions, as well as finding out how much a healer's powers could earn when sold in the right places. His father eventually grew tired of the complaints from Bomrek's teachers, banishing him from the family home at age eighteen until he was ready to take some responsibility on board and work to help the family and Cleper as a whole.

For the fifteen years afterwards, Bomrek travelled far, working as both an independent healer and (more commonly) a contracted one with various bands of mercenaries and thieves. Though he never stayed with one group for very long his disassociation with his colleagues never stopped him from doing everything he could to keep everyone in perfect health or, at least, keeping most of their pieces attached. Most recently, an ill fated contract with a pirate crew on Islye and an even more ill-fated naval battle resulted in Bomrek getting shipwrecked on the coast of Oldrydyn, where he is currently being held as a 'guest' of the king.

Taft already has 14 STR with a 60% growth, started with 1 point of bonus in strength, and is from a race that's naturally strong. He's not worried about Shil ever being stronger than him.
