Steapa the Northman VS. Sam Squatch

   Ah, now that the Kobold viscera has been cleaned I welcome to the arena two great competitors from the far north of Canada! They've arrived here together, though they're far from allies, the buff and manly Steapa the Northman and the racially confused Sam Squatch the Yeti!

Right out of the gate Steapa had done well to topple the gigantic Yeti. However he truly underestimated his opponent's strength. Sam did not celebrate, no, he seems rather remorseful. Don't worry Sam, with a snap of the finger I'll bring him back!

Right, that brings us to Crush the Crusher and Hugh Mann the Dabbler which will begin shortly.

Wow, the start of the battle looked like a clean victory for Steapa, but then Sam seemed to gain a second wind with his words "Our time in the arena is so brief! Begone fear!" I did not expect that.

Good match to both of you!

By the way, do not underestimate Crush's maul. I was running a few test-battles and he consistently beat other fighters to a pulp. My bet is on Crush, but from my experience, The Dabbler fights surprisingly well.

Crush the Crusher VS. Hugh Mann the Dabbler

There are many fighters who may surprise you with their skill and masterful execution of techniques. Hugh Mann is not one of those folks, he wandered into the arena to face one of the most terrifying foes, Crush the Crusher. Hugh is adequate at just about everything, but will his combined experience be enough?

I'm surprised that the kobolds met up in the first round. Maybe the RNG gods couldn't stand the thought of multiple 'bolds in the elimination tourney proper.

Huzzah! On with the brutality! And no worries, I'm sure Varick's head will stitch on decently enough. 'Bolds are resilient little buggers.
