Well, there seems to be a want for this to get going. I suppose that I shall begin generating the match-ups for the qualifying round.

Is there any interest in seeing the matches played out streaming on twitch, in which I will commentate. I will afterwards post the gifs and combat logs of said matches, along with a short description due to less importance of these matches.

I'd like one more gladiator, in order to make a nice even number of twenty-two. I shall close the applications afterwards and begin matching everyone up. A bit after that the qualifiers will begin, I shall stream them on my twitch channel I have not yet decided when, but I will post here to let everyone know. There probably won't be a high level of detail in these matches as they are simply the preliminaries.

And of course I shall be posting these matches and their outcomes on this forum afterwards.

I think I'll gauge interest in the idea, if there are only two people watching as I do it, I doubt that I'll continue. But there will be without a doubt the normal narration and gif posting on this forum. I may not even do the stream to begin with, I am unsure.

Can i submit second fighter? If no - can we agree on some kind of filler participant?
I propose "mad coliseum bard" - human in cloth with harp and all points in misc object user/striker/fighter ("from drunken fights").
Not much of a challenge, but still not a free pass.

I'd rather not have someone with multiple fighters. And I also do not believe that I can spawn a creature with a musical instrument or such in the arena. On the reddit post, someone had expressed interest and said they would post their gladiator soon about a half-hour ago. If worst comes I can create a gladiator to add in. Or everyone can agree on a filler participant like you had suggested.

I'd say give the person on Reddit a bit if they said they were going to make one, then if they don't post (you can decide the time, half or a full hour? I dunno) ... you could just have someone get a free pass. That happens sometimes in elimination tourneys. It's all up to the draw of the number.

The most I'm going to give will be until 3:30 EST. Now that may not be completely fair, but it seems that this should get underway soon. There will always be another tournament.
