Also, since we're getting gas masks, it wouldn't make sense to not give them to our soldiers.

So, tons of abstain votes, but no votes? This is the issue with yes and no answers when it comes to online things with fluctuating population...

I'm abstaining from uniform votes.

Is there a reason why?

I assumed my vote for O1 and O2.2 counted as a 'yes'. So, officially:
O1: Yes.
O2.2: Yes.

I am actually slightly opposed to giving all of our soldiers gas masks. Manoeuver warfare renders gas less effective, which means it's used less, so we could - like all examples I've found - just leave them behind for less weight. But I won't vote against it.

Gasmask take up little space and don't weigh much, sure there only use full if gas is used but if we don't issue them it's a scandal and a major risk.

I reckon that in ww2 every one didn't use gas as 1) to do so would open the gates to retaliation 2) every one has masks so it will be of little use and course only a few casualtys.

( 3) The German army ran on horses and they had no masks for them so any use of gas would immobilise there forces)

Gasmasks for horses where developed during WW1. But anyways.

Time has ended for no votes to be lodged (3_14159, your votes for things where taken as yes votes). Voting is closed for this section.

And now, Design/Production team allocation time!

Spoiler: Teams (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: Projects going forward (click to show/hide)

In other things, the POAC is reliable and has a top hatch. The gun used in the POAC-H is simple and has optics.

First of all, the obvious team allocations:
D8 - Autocannon: Gun Engineering Team
D6.2 - Destroyer: Naval Engineering Team
D11 - Radio: Electronics Team

This leaves the Aeronautics and Materials Team. I'm going to prefer assigning the materials team to the grenade project; that should be easy enough. This means we can use the aero team to augment another one of these projects. Ultimately, discounting the aero engineers themselves, that's two middling (one material), two skilled and one GODLIKE engineers. That's - even without any aero projects - a very good team, so I'd assign it to the most important project. This, in my opinion, is the destroyer. We want it to be extremely good, after all.

For the construction teams, we have warehouse, three factories (underground, bomb-protected) and the drydock. We can assign three basically identical construction teams, one labor team and the fresh meat labor team. My assignment is as follows, with the reasoning that the drydock is the most important:
C1: Warehouse - CT1
C2: Factories - CT2, Fresh Meat
C4.2: Drydock - CT3, Labor Team A

So, in total:
D2 - Grenade: Materials Team
D8 - Autocannon: Gun Engineering Team
D6.2 - Destroyer: Naval Engineering Team, Aeronautics Team
D11 - Radio: Electronics Team

C1: Warehouse - CT1
C2: Factories - CT2, Fresh Meat
C4.2: Drydock - CT3, Labor Team A

Update interrupted by apparent confusion. Namely:
For the construction teams, we have warehouse, three factories (underground, bomb-protected) and the drydock. We can assign three basically identical construction teams, one labor team and the fresh meat labor team.
You dont have underground or bomb-protected factories. That was C3, you all got C2. Which will be your normal type factories at the main complex because noone ordered differently. If you had C3 you would only have two construction projects, due to what amounts to a single six-line factory, underground, separated into three sections being a large project.

Ah, then I misremembered. Even better, I prefer C2. Doesn't change my team assignment.
