The Aeronautics Team who else?

Right, right.. My bad, my brain was on the turn before where we were designing three things.

Anyways, now that that's cleared up, I think that if we design a plane, we'd want to be able to produce them effectively. Could we add an Aeronautics Factory to the list of constructions?
