 I was waiting for the stream of suggestions to dry up. Anyways, here we go.

VOTE TIME.
ACQUIRE
A1: Get some F1 grenades
DESIGN
D1:Helmet(iron?)
D2:AT grenades
D3:45mm cannon focusing on RoF and accuracy

Construct
C1: new Design studio. Unless given specifications size will depend on rolls. Or I may sink any extra points into giving every office a hottub. (also, you may want to hire people to staff them)
C2: Numerous small bunkers along Plokhoy Ostrov's coastlines, using stone and (top half of)T18 hulls, armed with various guns.
C3: Convert some of the unarmed T-18s into construction vehicles (may make them into combat engineering vehicles for free)

So, you silly men who either selected this post or quoted it, heres something I noted. The British equivalent of the F1 had a rifle grenade variant which was perfectly usable as a normal handgrenade.

The front armor will be at a 45 degree angle, side armor 30 degrees, backside armor will also be sloped 30 degrees, but the backside slope will be upside-down.
Here is a beautiful drawing of it.



It will be welded.
As large as it needs to be to be able to support the APC function.
Same crew for both designations: Driver, Commander, Gunner

Feel free to suggest changes/additions.

+1 as well, just make sure to mover the middle wheels back to the rear so it can turn.

I thought this thread died, but good to see it'll still go for as long as possible.
Also going to be super interesting to see the combat play out. Maybe it would draw in some potential players.
