All righty then. It looks like the boiler/turbine will be even lighter and will never break, the EAM M1932 will be slow-firing, and it will be B1, B2, B3, A1, A2, A3, D1, D2, D3, and F1.2. Now, shall we have all of you choose what staff works on what, or shall I do that?

Yes, but this way you can rig the system.

Spoiler: The System (click to show/hide)

Also, free actions do not require materials or workers. You can, however, make a free action into another sort if, say, you want a factory producing earlier.

Well, to make everything cleaner, I think I will go and move all the voting and whatnot to a poll. Starting on one asking if I should get off my ass, allocate people myself and bang my head against a monitor if you all can do that for me!

Like this?
Worker Assignment:
B1 airfield : 2 basic aeronautical engineers, 2 basic architects, 1 material engineers, 1 skilled engineer(Basic), 1 middling engineer (basic), 8 laborers
B2 two three-line factories: 1 middling architect, 1 basic architect, 1 basic electronics engineer, 1 skilled engineer(Basic), 5 laborers
B3 vehicle factory: 1 middling architect, 1 basic material engineer(s), 1 skilled engineer(Basic), 1 middling engineer (basic), 5 laborers
A1 Scraper Trucks: 3 material engineers, 1 basic material enginee
A2 supply lines of steel and aluminum: 1 material engineer, 1 laborer
A3 Canadian Vickers Vancouver sea planes: 1 basic aeronautical engineer, 1 middling engineer (basic)
D1 Ray-class High Speed Coastal submarine: 2 middling naval engineers, 1 electronics engineers, 1 basic Weapons Engineer, 1 middling engineer (basic), 1 skilled laborer, 5 laborers
D2 Interim Coastal Patrol Boat:1 middling naval engineers, 1 basic naval engineer, 1 basic electronics engineer, 1 skilled engineer(Basic), 1 skilled laborer, 5 laborers
D3 wooden shore defense vessel: 3 basic naval engineers, 2 basic material engineer(s), 1 basic electronics engineer, 1 middling engineer (basic), 1 skilled laborer, 5 laborers
F1.2 Tool one line for RM1891, the second to produce 7.62x54mm rounds: 2 basic engineers (basic), 1 skilled engineer(Basic), 5 laborers

This looks a little nauseating, is there a better way to organize? Does Free and Acquire need people? Are material engineers mostly for armor in this game?

Materials engineers work on materials, which includes armor, yes, but also other things.

Free actions are just that, free. Things like tooling things can be made into build actions to have it done faster and to crank out a partial production run the first turn, but it costs materials and is nolonger a free action then.

Acquire actions are like free actions in that they dont need people, but they do need the council to vote (A weighted dice roll, weighted depending on what they would likely do.)

 Otherwise, this looks fine.

Again, free actions do not require people. Ones for tooling can be made into a build action, which does take materials and workers, but as a free action it needs no workers.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

No urgency for the retooling (besides the fact that the line lies unused for some time).
