I hope that the rook in C5 is the misspelling of room, and not a tower, a chariot, a bird, a place where birds are kept, or a cardgame. :P

Also, it currently looks like D1, D3, D5 and D6 are the design proposals going ahead, and C2, C4 and C5 are the construction proposals.

Also, A1 is just for the Maduce, and C5 is separate from all existing design structures, yes?

Also, with the buildings you lot have beebuildingn working on, its four designs and four constructions.

Yes on C5, unless they can be incorporated in the existing design spaces.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Added 3 design votes and 4 construction votes. Should we allow 4 design votes?

Mechanically, would C5 give more design slots or would it just help with design rolls?

To do that we need a bigger design studio.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

You guys currently have four design slots. Two from the offices, one from that delux design lab, and one from the workshop.

C5 may do both. Probally just will provide a slot or two with bonuses.

Dunno who you guys plan on staffing it with though...

I retracted my vote for the C.3 Luxury Design Studio because it would probably create too many unusable design slots.

Wait, if we get 4 votes, I'll Vote for the Naval Radar. Let's get our destroyers completely outfitted so they can be lethal small combatants while having a chance to punch above their weight.

Naval Engineering Team is on the Merlin(with help from the Materials Team), the Gun Team gets the 130mm cannon, the Electronics team is on the radar, and let's put the Fresh Meat team on the ASR.

Construction Team 3 along with Labor Team A get to work on the engineering cpmplex, Construction Team 2 gets the Bychok, and Construction Team 1 gets the factory.

I don't think the ASR will turn out well if designed by the Fresh Meat team. I understand that you had to assign the gun engineering team elsewhere though, and I suppose if the ASR doesn't turn out as planned we could just do a redesign with the gun team next turn if we really need to.

Well, if things turn out well, the Fresh Meat team might turn into a rocketry team, so yeah it's a risk but one well worth it :P

We also have the Aeronautics team left over. We could assign them to the Luxury Design Studio to customize it even further.
So, basically, two choices:
a) Aeronautics team to the Design Studio, Fresh meat on the rocket. Possible high bonus to the design studio, risky for the ASR. Fresh meat may become rocket team.
b) Fresh meat to the Design Studio, Aeronautics team on the rocket. Design studio will still give a bonus; rocket will be far better.
Since we have no experience of designing a rocket, I'm slightly tending towards assigning the Aeronautics team to it, possibly giving us rockets we can later adapt to many other tasks. But, on the other hand, the bonus to the design studio project might be very worth it.

Here's an interesting idea: Put both teams on the rocket! We give the fresh meat team experience and get a better result than otherwise with the aero team backing them up.
