Drones (along with all other mechanized units) are immune to flashbangs, so it's a bit of a waste.  I could throw the AP instead; it may not kill, but it'd set them up to be dead from one more attack.

So yeah... my first thought is to have Adrienne hit the window, flank SectoidA, and make it briefly regret leaving the UFO.  If Crazy wants to live up to his name, he could go grab the meld there and ice that drone; decent odds since it's wounded.

It's not wounded (tracker at N15 is), and I'm down to my handgun (meaning that I have no hope of killing the drone, except with a critical hit. And if, as I've heard, the drone has damage resistance, I'd need both a critical and a +1 damage roll)
In fact the math works out like this:
69% chance to hit it X 60% chance to crit X 33% chance to get +1 (right?)= 13.5% chance I'd kill it. It probably (80% chance) won't kill me back right away. But if I avoid the morgue, I'll end up in the infirmary for sure. Speaking of, this game (being DnD) doesn't assign penalties for being wounded (like oldCom did), right?

Yeah, by default a 1hp soldier fights just as well as a full health one.

Just one.  Switching is a free action, though.
