Well, don't get offended.
For this first mission it doesn't really matter who goes so much, as you don't have proper classes. Remember, people will get fatigue after missions, so it won't be the same people going over and over again.

If you mean a SHIV yes, if you build one you can field it on mission, and anyone can control its movement.

Actually what I had in mind was more of a "voting" system to decide who goes on the mission, to make it more fair to those not within my time zone :v

Actually, can I suggest we for a queue for going on missions? People can skip out, if they want another mission (or a different team mate) and go on the next one, but generally we'd all go about the same number of times.

I thought of this too, but in the case that someone would need to go in a mission twice in a row and get exhausted for any reason, a strict queue wouldn't be beneficial, so I leave complete control of this to the players. You can do an unofficial queue if you want though, and if you want me to post it in the op I can do that, depends on what you people want.

I do recommend regular rotations that involve all soldiers though.
