We need to level up as many rookies as possible. I vote we take the first 6 PFCs to volunteers.

But we also need to level SPECs so we can use the Officer Training School once we get it. Adriana's fatigued, who was the other person on the test mission who leveled up?

We only have a single non-fatigued or injured SPEC at the moment. Xvareon's Andrea, an engineer. We could take her on, but we might also need her for a real, harder mission later on.

Crashed scouts are the single easiest mission, I don't think we need a few extra grenades that much. But hey, if she volunteers, she might as well join.

How does that work? You make up a strike team from a mix of our choice? We control all the soldiers we pick?

Yeah look back to when the people for the first mission were chosen. The 6 people with more votes got picked for it, once a team started coming up the consensus was stronger.

It might actually be worth it to wait until Ivan is unfatigued, assuming UFO missions last ~32 hours before expiring like they do in Vanilla. That way he can level up off this mission.
