Leading people into danger when they try to eat you is a little more fun than eating them, if you see their demise form close by. Not as a teamer, just as someone who keeps an eye on where the guys around 5x his size are, as well as 3x.

I like to play team mode where one team is 3/4 of the graph. I join as one of the other teams, hide in nearly-split viruses, and bomb big guys when they come nearby. I call myself the Blue Bomber if I'm on blue team.

I never use viruses in FFA. It's unchivalrous and mean I can get to #1 without it. I only do it to split viruses back at people trying to hit me.

One time I almost saw Jet Fuel eat Steel Beams.

It's amazing how fast large cells nope out of there once they realise you've built a virus farm amounting to more than it's easy to count stretching the entire width of the game area. 'Safe Space' isn't a joke! I can go offline with the assurance that tiny cells will thank me for ages.

You can eat viruses if you have 20 separate parts.

I like to get away from cells by squeezing through gaps between viruses that I barely fit through. I can just feel the defeat.

Just evolve your tactics with them. I'm sure single cell organisms were really annoyed when multicelluar ones started dominating the planet, but they learned to deal.

More like they died horribly unless they are indestructible OP freaks of nature.

I was being chased by a bunch of greens in team mode, so I w'd a virus so I was small enough to fit inside and took shelter. Most left, but one idiot tried to eat me anyway. He was blown up by the virus and I ate him. Sweet, sweet irony.

Played with my best friend at school today.
I found a seemingly abandoned spikeball farm in the lower left corner of the map, and expanded it a little. Then my best friend arrived and we lured people into it to eat them, teaming up so they couldnt escape.
Then the #1 player came and just ate our entire livelihood without ever splitting ;~;7

This game is so minimalist, simple and charming.

Its quite fun to feed someone just barely large enough to be above a virus, but capable of hiding it because of their small enough mass, and just shoot them with mass so they pop, and eat them too if your the right size.

Just got a nice bit of emergent gameplay: named myself columbus, tried to speedrun round the whole map, all 4 corners, managed it too, went back to the corner I went to to start at. Quite fun. Some people were fairly confused, as they kept eating segments of me, as I split for speed, but I never attacked them, and generally was in 4 regular pieces, never having bothered to eat anyone. Not too hard a challenge.

Ive been taking on impromptu teams.  Theyll try to eat me and Ill try to eat them.  So far the biggest actuall coop people Ive seen are 3-man.  One small ball would try to pop a virus while 2 would split/eat to try to corner me.

Im apparently purty good at this game.
