http://rolldb.homoeoteleuton.com/validate.php?ID=1538050Bio: Volc was born on the Forge World of Ormazd and grew up a menial laborer in the great manufactories that feed the Imperium. He never expected to leave Ormazd, but the Emperor had other plans. An Ork WAAAGH descended on the planet and Volc was conscripted along with hundreds of thousands of other young men and women to defend his home. Unlike many others, Volc was lucky enough to survive the war. When the Orks had been driven off, it was deemed "contrary to efficiency" that the masses of combat-trained young people should return to work in the industrial complexes of Ormazd. Volc officially became a Guardsman as a member of the 3rd Ormazdian Immortals Light Infantry Regiment, and was shipped beyond the stars. They fought for the Emperor across many fronts and gained recognition and honor.
After one such campaign against heretic forces had been concluded, the Immortals were redirected to another star system to fight in another developing war. The voidship they embarked on was relatively new and contained several new designs, including a layout where several lesser Gellar Field Generators shielded the different areas of the ship. This system had unfortunate, daemonic, consequences, and only a small group of Guardsmen, Volc included were able to fight their way back to a shielded area of the ship. This incident attracted the eye of the Inquisition, and shortly afterward Volc became an inquisitorial agent.
Volc is a stocky man, and while he has been through years of battle, he is still quite young and youthful. He has wavy brown hair and his skin is paled by years under the artificial light of Ormazd's forges. He is generally friendly, but growing up on a Mechanicus world has made his social sense slightly odd and inept. However, he tends to overcome this with his gregarious nature.
