Very well done indeed. The only thing I think is off with Eizen is the hair and perhaps a few too many piercings.

Though the art style is gonna be ad odds with 40K's grim darkness of the far future aesthetic. xD

Tarkhal, here is a list of equipment that I think it useful for me to possess at various points.

some form of Concealed Holster, a chrono, pair of filtration plugs(Who knows what we may run into?), dataslate(w/ recording capabilities, mine was lost when the inquisition recruited me), manacles, microbead, parts for a augur servoskull(I can build it myself), pict transmitter(And apparatus for capturing images), pict receiver, vox relay, shockmaul, Locator Matrix, Memorance Implant.
 The last two I plan on sourcing myself, but I feel that the others wuld be more easily found by you. Not all of the equipment is required at this time, save the servoskull and some of the parts, along with the dataslate.

@Aseaheru: Personal requisitions are toned down to a minimum for the moment. You should probably cut down on the personal wishlist, or Tarkhal will do it himself.

You can try again without using the fate point. You just have a -10 the next try.

I went to the mall and it seems I returned a tad too late. I wanted to ask whether there were any bonuses for borrowing it for a few missions instead of actually owning it, and I still wanted to risk a Commerce Test with Tarkhal since the Church is always willing to accept some donations and offers of assistance from the faithful.

1 Good Craftsmanship Clothes for everyone but Tesera: fluff it as you want according to the role of your character and what kind of retainer you want to be seen as, though obscuring clothes might be better in some cases;
1 Best Craftsmanship Clothes for Tesera: you will probably look fabulous, but I'm not sure how you should fluff this. Probably either the usual exaggerated noblewoman's outfit or Ministorum robes for the people high in the spires, probably with hand-sewn skulls, images of ancient battles or even moving pictures;
Mid-hive accommodations for wealthy merchants: everyone, unless someone wants to sleep outside;
2 Backpacks should be combined with the Braziers, going to Tesera and Aelia or Tesera and anyone with room to stuff the second backpack into their pack;
1 Backpack for Aelia the cuterrifying sister;
1 Devotional iconography for Tesera the exterminatus gal: for her flak vest since it's better to keep the guard flak nondescript;
1 micro-bead for Tesera the non-nun;
