Lost a fight with a tree
« on: April 29, 2015, 07:49:53 pm »

This is the "combat" report.
The willow logs strikes The Furnace Operator in the right hand and the injured part explodes into gore!
An artery has been opened by the attack!
The Furnace Operator gives in to pain.
The Furnace Operator Slams into an obstacle!

So my question is, what the hell happened?

A willow log fell from somewhere, and hit your Furnace Operator.

It was my first injury. Second and Third happened when a werebeast attacked and I learned I need to build higher walls. Last time I seriously played fortress mode climbing was not a thing

Are you sure it is not a whomping willow in disguise?

I believe it must have been. I retired and made an adventurer from there. There is brewing trouble with the elves...

It is terrifying.
This has actually happened to me two times already.

It was inevitable.

Its a feature. Impregnating booze is a planned tech tree for dwarves and this is a sneak peek at it.

I hope we can edit woodcutter uniforms.

"Hey Urist are we under siege? Why are you in full steel?"
"I'm going to fell some trees."
