((I'm about to probably get a scene from Hell or something far worse, since most tieflings have nightmares of their infernal ancestry. I'm waiting to see what the DM can conjure up with that.

Plus, I'm pretty sure most cases of vomiting in your sleep is from drowning or choking and passing out.

I'm also kind of regretting now not being a human barbarian... I've found myself binge listening to Thor (The Powerhead) by Manowar))
