(( In other news, after a conversation with the DM we both agreed that the rogue level and trying to get every skill in the game doesnt really match my backstory at all so we were thinking of swapping the rogue level for ranger so I can get favoured enemy frost giants and bonuses in tundra that fit my character better. However, we both also agreed that if anyone (even 1 person) has any problems with this we wont do it. I havent been in combat yet so all good there but it still is kinda late to be changing things. ))

Yes this is my friend who has created an entire world
right down to Geography, cities, culture, history, important figures, climates. It is impressive and he even mapped it and still adding things.
And out of all that i know of him and his dnd character, i haven't seen him edit a character to fit his flavor, usually makes his flavor matches his character. And i am okay with this.
this is going to causes changed a few things but nothing over all. or noticeable. he will be getting more spells which can help him being a bard.))

"I'm here to make a complaint about the status of the guardsmen. They have been shooting me over a false claim, they killed my ally in cold blood and they just butchered two people on the street for no cause whatsoever when the captain of the guard wanted them alive. The laws make little to no sense, and the guardsmen I have met are psychotic and/or racist. I was told to speak with the council if I had problems with the guardsmen and I have had it up to here with them. I'm surprised Noble East hasn't been so enraged over this, as this has been happening for weeks.
And from what I understand, the scouts are free to do as much vigilante justice as they seem fit, killing whoever they don't like and harassing folk like myself because of my race and skin tone. I've seen guards back in Amn who were rotten to the core with corruption who had more morals than these scouts and guardsmen.
And you can tell Noble East if he's on this council that I find the guards of Amn more in tune with the law than Rosewall's guards."
Stare him down. If he gets offended because I just said all that about guardsmen, stare at him angrily. I mean every word I say

The guard mutters something in draconic. He then says "The council is responsible for making the law not the Noble. he is usually called in when punishment has to be dealt, usually executions."
Just then a some one comes down the stiars. you both, hatred and oorr, see a long hair woman taller then both of you. She is wearing leather armor and has a bow and quiver on her back. She has green nature style going on with her armur like most scouts do.
she says "Are you the one they call 'hatred'? I have a few things to say to you if so."
