I wonder how many of the facts about ghosts on the wiki are still true.

For instance, the one below is not true. I just buried a ghost and the "put to rest" message didn't appear until the main body of the corpse was put in the coffin.

Ghosts are put to rest when any part of their body is put in a burial receptacle. For example, should a dwarf lose a toe in a fight before dying, the toe can be recovered to put its ghost to rest.

Would caravan guards produce ghosts in previous versions? I can't remember, but at least I'm not able to carve slabs for them in this version (though they still get stuffed in available coffins).

Edit: Seems that was an existing bug for previous versions as well, so nevermind!

If it's the only piece recovered?
Or the only piece not destroyed?

Better yet, does it really piss off the undead if you remove a coffin containing his only toe?
