While I don't have a specific idea, per se, I would like to know if there's anything ice-related in the Supernatural side of things.

There probably is something like that. However, if no one else has a specific idea I can generate the augs for Cheesecake.

Twinwolf I can't generate for until they pick one of the Augment types from the OP.

Race: Human
Gender: Female
Description: A 26 year old woman with red hair. Usually wears leather clothes.
Augment Type: Born with supernatural powers
Beneficial Augment: Cause fear:  Kali can cause terror to grip one creature that she can see. Can only be used once every four turns. 
Negative Augment: Nightmares: This mutant is prone to terrifying nightmares, and often wakes up screaming, drenched in sweat. The mutant may dread falling asleep or resort to drugs to sleep soundly. Kali has -5 to all rolls during the morning.

Bio: Kali was born in Buffalo's rest, a seemingly normal girl, except...
From an early age, all who angered her felt an inexplicable sense of dread and terror. Conversely, every morning she woke up screaming. These put together caused her parents to turn her loose onto the streets, where she learned that her ability was within her control. For years, she made use of it to get by, stealing food and drink and money from her utterly terrified victims. Until the Master came.
He was the only one she could not affect. Or perhaps he was affected, but to disciplined to let it show. Either way, one day she attempted to rob him. After the attempt failed, she expected a swift death. Final release from the terrors of dreams. But he didn't kill her. Instead, he took her in. She slept soundly for the first time. When he disappeared, the terrors came back. She searches for him, both to end the terrors, and bring back her surrogate father.

If there is a skill system, or even an actual character sheet, could it be explained? I also ask the last 2's question.

Race: Sweep
Gender: Male
Description: A tall, lanky guy, about 5'11", with hair that would look to be purple, if it weren't for the ash constantly covering him, much like the rest of his race. Other than that, he's quiet, very much so. So quiet, in fact, that people tend to assume he's ignoring them. He'll speak up when he needs to, though.
Augment Type: Supernatural
Beneficial Augment: Glen can make and control ice. Every two turns, Glen can attack with ice shards.
Negative Augment: Sometimes people hear ghostly whispers around Glen.

Name:  Tessa Meduline

Race:  Human

Gender: Female

Description:  An unnatural beauty with brown hair and red eyes. Her skin is pale. Though she looks fragile, she is very magically inclined and very sturdy. She is always up for a good time, though this doesn't always mean what it sounds like. She is a predator, and if a human is nearby, she may just want a taste of them. She tends to sleep during the day further adding to her mysterious nature. She carries around a wooden coffin with her, which tends to creep people out. Though she may sleep during the day, This does not mean that she isn't paying attention. Even the slightest of bumbs or disturbances will wake her, leading to her erupting from her coffin annoyed and ready to fight. Though she may seem unapproachable, she is very friendly to those that know her. She will gladly lay down her life to protect an ally, especially if she takes a liking to them. Not much is known about her past, mostly in part to her amnesia. What she knows is her name, her thrist for human blood, and that she was supposed to die, or so the puncture scar above her heart implies.
Tessa seeks the Master following rumors of her past, in hopes that she may learn the reason for her attempted murder, and who she was before waking up.

Beneficial Augments: Kinetic Absorption: This mutant absorbs half of all kinetic force applied to it and convert it harmlessly. Mostly to the face of the attacker. Melee attacks against Tessa causes the attacker to take half the damage they dealt.

Negative Augs:  Vampire:  Every day Tessa must drink the blood of another human.

I guess I might join this, though I'm uncertain about the random augmentations and everything. Maybe you could roll up a random set of benefits/negatives and I could make a character based on them instead of the other way around? I'd honestly prefer to do things that way, since I'd get to build the character around their mutations and what not.
