Kali, at this point, is studying the map intensely.

"Didn't you notice the holster on my hip? I used to be a guard, so I know how to use arms. I don't need your lessons, thanks." She is not in a mood for a talk.

"Yeah, alright. I'll just go and scout ahead." He clicks his tongue to signal to the horse to start galloping and rides to nearby high ground. Once he reaches it he reaches into a saddle pack and fishes out a pair of binoculars and surveys the land for signs of danger or other points of interest.

Looking about Coldstone sees the usual for being this close to Buffalo's Rest. No bandits or anything, the occasional travelers and guard patrols walking about. Maybe a few tribals here and there.

Tessa remains silent in her coffin. She broods over how she dislikes the sun, until she opens the coffin, her pale skin bright against the intense sun, "I didn't think that elephants could be this bumpy." Tessa began to look over the group that was her travel companions, looking at which one would be a willing meal. She needed blood if she was going to stay calm with this intense heat bearing down on her.

[Twinwolf]

"You need something, Tessa?"

Coldstone rides back down to the elephant. "Should be smooth sailing for the next couple of hours." He command his horse to follow the elephant and then lies back and puts his hat over his face.

[Sanure]

Tessa wryly smiles, "Something to drink would be nice."

[Twinwolf]

Without hesitation, Kali presents her wrist to the vampire. "Not to much, alright?"

[Sanure]

Tessa smiles and sinks her teeth into Kal's wrist. She drinks her needed amount of blood, just enough to make Kali light headed,"Delicious. Thank you. I feel better already." Tessa retreats back into her coffin, feeling much better.

[Twinwolf]

Kali rubs her forehead. "No problem. Maybe we should set up a rotation of who feeds the vampire every day?"
