And the Zeni wasn't our property technically.

It was actually all an elaborate plot before the game began. Those three coins will have massive repercussions now.

I think caravan guard would be fun, but not yet. We're still too low on magic.

How do you feel about divination magic? Even simple spells like scrying behind a series of suspiciously placed boulders could be quite valuable to a caravan. If you then also lob a fireball behind it and take out the bandit leader? Great!

+1, at least for now. We need a temporary job to pay our rent. More experience coping with the wounded, and possibly learning better cure spells, would be helpful.

You could become a doctor, at least a doctor's assistant. You've got enough medical and healing skills to put it to proper use. You're sure you could learn some neat tricks from someone more skilled than you though.

There's a clinic nearby that you passed that you could ask about work.

As for shops, you'd need to specify what kind of shop. You're not going to go around the entire city and visit each and every rug shop that's around. There is a marketplace near your borough but it'd be pretty pointless if you didn't have any money to spend.

You leave the room on your way to the clinic into the hallway. There's an impressive shrubbery on the wall.

You head downstairs into the owner's tavern. He's currently not around.

The furniture is absolutely atrociously decorated with pink and reds mixed together and the tables look like they could fall apart at any moment.

The trustworthy fellow has decided to stop by and he's looking around the room while rubbing his bag thoughtfully.

Say "Hi!" to the trustworthy man. Ask why he wears the bag.

You loot some beer from behind the counter. Looks like it's genuine dwarven ale, the good stuff.

Say "Hi!" to the trustworthy man. Ask why he wears the bag.

Giving your goofiest grin, you wave at the man and shout "Hi!" at him.

You ask, "Hey, what's with that bag on your head? Afraid of the light or something?"

"Oh hello, I did not notice you little... thing. It's a fashion choice. I don't think you would even keep up with marauder fashion, it's far beyond you I am suuuure."

"This bag is the new Bloodstabber line of the Murderchoke brand. It's all the rage in the wasteland."

"Here, take my card..."

"It's going to take me hours to fix this interior, shameful, awful, and just not bold!"

"You know what this place needs? Bodies... bodies hanging from the ceiling. It would really tie the room together. Bring in those customers that this place is sorely lacking."
