I thought it was appropriate to armor Natalie in paper. :P

That Linothorax thing I described is real, tho. The Ancient Greeks used to wear it, and it was actually pretty effective.

Oh, yeah.

I'm sorry but we're going on hiatus for a week or so.

IRL stuff is burying me (nothing sickness or death related, btw) and I'm finding it very difficult to concentrate on running my forum games. I've had a very bad week, and this next week is going to be even worse. My writing has really sucked lately, and I'm under a bit of stress...

You can continue to RP amongst yourselves if you like. I might feel like popping in for some NPC stuff, but it will all be very low key.

I do intend to start again! Said every GM, ever. :P

Well, anyway.

I'm sorry this game can't continue. It's mostly a casualty of real life stuff intruding and making a hash of all my plans. It's sad because we were just getting started. Then your GM went broke over the course of three weeks...needless to say, that killed all my desire to continue this game. I can't even quite remember what my plans were. I've lost whatever creative funk I was originally in. So, yeah. All that weird stuff about the trippy maneating plants was brought on by my being broke and hungry. :P

More failure from Dwarmin! No surprise.

I don't like to give people false hope that I'll magically regain the willpower to continue one day. The only thing I dislike more than a cancelled game is one that goes on 'hiatus' forever. :/

I usually just on to a new game once my failures accumulate. One of which I'm planning now...that takes place evev further into the future!
