(Guess I'll work with that)

You start edging towards the eyes, still keeping up your threat display. As you get closer, you can feel a cold breeze coming from behind them, which smells of the woods.

What's it doing now?

No idea. Tricksiness probably.

What to we see, hear, smell, or feel from our surroundings?

I might think of an action other than observing later.
Touch the eyes.

(Are people unable to think of anything much to do in this situation, or what? I want to keep going but I'm not sure what to do.)

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

I think it's damaged. What is this?

No idea. So, you want the body, then, and let me keep the obviously faulty soul?

I could use a new vessel alright, but surely you musn't think I'd fall for that

Yes, there is definitely a breeze coming from behind the eyes. A way out, perhaps? Though they're still between you and there, but maybe you could get past them. Perhaps you'll need a plan...

The perfect plan.
Point in another direction and scream.  Then, run behind the eyes to freedom and don't look back.

(How do you point or scream as a cat?)

With tail. Also cats have the capacity to scream, they just don't normally do it.

You could also point with a paw.  And yes, cats can scream.

I'm in agreement with everyone, we should escape. Gallop, do cat parkour, climb up things, and fall off things if as needed.

As soon as you think you see a gap, you make a dash for the source of the air current.

Hey!

You feel something incredibly cold slash your side, drawing blood, but with a burst of adrenaline, you leap out through the gap before you. Yes! You're outside! In the air of the forest! In the... air. After what seems like a 20-storey drop, you hit the ground, hurting your leg somewhat, but not badly enough not to run on. You can see again, and two things burst out of the tree hollow above you, hard to see against the dark sky.
