I'm in agreement with everyone, we should escape. Gallop, do cat parkour, climb up things, and fall off things if as needed.

You feel something incredibly cold slash your side, drawing blood, but with a burst of adrenaline, you leap out through the gap before you. Yes! You're outside! In the air of the forest! In the... air. After what seems like a 20-storey drop, you hit the ground, hurting your leg somewhat, but not badly enough not to run on. You can see again, and two things burst out of the tree hollow above you, hard to see against the dark sky.
