Look around for a way to go that doesn't lead to the officers.

The end of the hallway (left) goes nowhere: the only other way (right), nearest to you, goes into the lobby, which has the front door, but is adjacent to the kitchen, where the officers are. Still, perhaps you might get past them.

Try to sneak past the officers and through the front door.

Using the pendant to see and wait until both are facing away from the lobby, you take it off to see where you're going and walk out the front door into the drizzly night.

Get away from here and try to find a place to stop for a moment so that you may think up a plan.

With the clouds, the time, and being so far from any city, it's very nearly pitch black outside. You have little choice but to follow the road into the surrounding woods, though perhaps as your eyes adjust you might be able to dimly make out the brush. You don't know how long it will take them to notice you're gone, but you can be sure that it'll be more than just those two after you once they do. You know that your old friend's cabin is about 6 miles in this general direction, and he's the only nearby person you can think of that might possibly feel inclined to help you.

Goddamnit, I missed the chance to tell us to leave the monopoly card in the cell and lock the door to confuse the officers.

You continue walking. Your jacket is keeping the rain out, but fuck, it's getting a bit chilly. You can see by the very reflective mile markers how far you're going on the road, but between the weather and your own nervousness, you're having a hard time keeping track of time, and thus speed. It feels like hours have past. You don't yet notice any signs of pursuit, but how can you tell?

You've been keeping a very brisk pace. It feels like you've been walking for hours, but you see you've gone at least 5 miles. You must be getting close, right? Fuck, you hope he has some answers. That pendant is weird. Really weird. And you're pretty sure it's gotten you in trouble somehow, even if it kind of got you out of trouble. You don't even know what kind of trouble, but someone's done some very scary shit to make sure you went to jail. Shit, how will you spot anything off of the road in the dark? Maybe there'll be another road? Or maybe the cabin will have lights on?

You see Phil alone at the police station, on the radio. You see a patrol car heading up a road through the woods. You see a helicopter somewhere on a dark mountainside, preparing for takeoff...

The pendant just seems to be following the car from directly above. You can't see who's in it or any signs of what road it's on. But you get a brief flash of armed men, with police dogs.
