Move to P14, then throw a Flashbang Grenade to J16 (catching Sectoid B in its radius).
((You forgot my flashbang grenade! Units ALWAYS lean sideways out of cover to throw one in X-COM! I calculated 7 tiles distance from a sidestep position from that tree, and with a 2 tile radius, it would just catch Sectoid B behind that Meld canister since flashbangs ignore cover. Please fix that? Unless you want to break out a rule that says that action was impossible? In which case, you said nothing and didn't allow me to change my action to Overwatch anyway.))

ACTION: Lean out of cover downwards, then throw HE Grenade to I15 in the hopes of wrecking that wood fence protecting Sectoid C!

The grenade explodes with great power, instantly obliterating part of the fence and the alien standing behind the strange canister. The empowered sectoid also took damage, but remained standing. At least for a few seconds before suddenly collapsing, dead, while its weapon selfdestructed.

Cancel previous action them and move to L8 and fire on visible sectoid!

The boom of the grenade still echoed in their ears. The remaining alien cowered - and the cluster of rounds Derek had launched towards the monster whistled harmlessly over the swollen head.

Andrea peered downrange, whistling at the effectiveness of X-COM standard explosives. Then a certain detail struck her. "... HQ, alien object of... some sort in range. The top is spinning and spittin' out some yellow mist." She paused as the rapid rat-a-tat of rifle fire told her the last alien was pinned down. "They seemed protective of it. D'you want us to get a closer look?"

Outnumbered, the sectoid began to scamper back. It twitched to the side as Crazy fired, his bullets thudding harmlessly into the brick wall of the farmhouse. Arthur tried to get an angle to shoot, the trunk of the tree blocking his view - and then the sectoid had crashed through the door into the dark house. They'd have to root it out.
