Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

((Provided it involves Non-magically improving the dagger you could theoretically pull it off, But it's hard to concentrate deeply enough to do that when you're being stabbed by drunks. Not counting the 30 minutes you'd need to do anything noticeable to the dagger.))

Tell them you owe only little money, but you could pay them by repairing their rusty daggers.

Sharpen our coins and throw them at the bastards' eyes.

Strategically retreat. Hide up in the trees like a proppa' elf, them stab them in the throat while they pass by.

We could probably increase the inebriating ability of the alcohol in the drunks systems. Even a 0.1% increase should have massive effects on dexterity and mental functionality, even the slightest chemical imbalance in a body can fuck someone over heavily. And alcohol is a rather potent brand of fuckery.

Ah...
I actually already asked about something similar. Our specific branch of magic is 'Arcane Metallurgy', meaning that that's not really an option.

We...could...increase the level of iron in their blood and give them heavy metal poisoning?

Add additional electrons to the atoms of metal in the body. Fry them from the increase of energy.

((That's really precise and difficult, But if you wanna try, Go ahead.))

((The Key-Word here is Specific Branch. You can use other kinds of Enhancement Magic, It'd just be slightly more difficult to pull off, Like how somebody that carves wood for a living would also be able to engrave it, to a lesser extent.))

Hey we could rise to power through these thieves, if we train them properly we could easily become the first criminal organisation of this town.

Considering that our character just lost her mother and parents, I doubt her first priority is 'become what quite possibly destroyed my village'.

If increasing the iron levels of someone's blood is possible but difficult because of precision, we can probably try something that has a higher degree of success. Basically, we point our dagger at someone, then we rapidly increase the length of the dagger to stab them, then we chop that bit off the dagger with magic, rinse and repeat.

Have you ever tried chasing down an elven lizard while drunk? Not going to happen.

Run in the direction of merchants, guards, or otherwise large crowds of people. Keep an eye on pursuers. Once they give up, keep at a safe distance, but follow them.
