Any suggestions for Arthur? So far I think I'll move to L14 and shoot D/throw a 'nade at F.

O11 is not in cover. Cover only applies if you're adjacent to the colored border.

Derek also fires at D.
Derek does not see any aliens from his location.

Wait, you have a greande? Please throw it through the door, yes. D should die (it has 1 hit point) and F will be very hurt.
What happens to hurt sectoids when they're not mind melding? Do they keep their HP or their damage?

Wasn't the blast radius for grenades decreased to 2?

For HE yes, for AP I guess it will depend on this one.

Also what do you mean with they keep HP or dmg? They also get healed when they receive a Mind merge if that's what you're asking.

He asking "If a hurt Mind merge(F.E. 3/5) is released from it, does their hp go 3/3 or 1/3?"

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

if they went from 3/3 -> 4/4
then got shot for two damage to 2/4
when mind merge ends they have 2/3

Ok. I'm gonna move up. Adrianna can take my spot at N16 with a Dash; she'll have angles on the right side of the house from there. Derek can Overwatch, since the Sectoids (who are likely Overwatching themselves) can't see him, either, and have no idea what's going on.

Derek will run to D11!
We hardly knew ye.

EDIT: It was inevitable.

I suggest this course of action:

- Crazy moves to F19, kills F
- Arthur moves to either K17 or L8 and shoots a sectoid/Overwatches
- Andrea moves to J19, shoots A
- Jane shoots E
- Not sure what Adriana could do

Derek will run to D11!
If this is the kind of stupidity I can expect from you guys' moves... I mean, REALLY! I TOLD YOU to Overwatch 'cause the Sectoids are probably Overwatching too! I didn't think you'd actually move up to half cover and expose yourself! Gah... At least I can be thankful that didn't trigger a panic cascade.

On that note, author, I should probably explain how panic works. When a unit panics, it loses its next action -- but it only loses its next turn if that next action could only be had on another turn. Example:  An infantry with Light 'em Up shoots a Berserker, using one blue move. This shot triggers Intimidate, the Infantry fails his will roll and panics. He would lose his next action since he had one left, but he would be able to move in the turn after that because the panic already did its job. The same applies to Assaults with Close Encounters, Scouts with Hit and Run, etc.  I'm not sure how Double Tap is affected, but I'm pretty sure it'd be the same way. But yeah, if a unit panics when it had actions remaining, it loses those actions, but shouldn't lose its next turn.

Thanks for the thing about the panic, yet I don't know the formula for panic chances in regular situations. I *think* it's like the other psi effects, but without any caster will.
