I literally talked to the GM on Steam, my sheet is the only one capable of getting Tier 3 skills.

Can we homebrew wizard spells if we get it approved by the GM first?

I'd like to make a character sheet, but to do the concept I need to know the equations for total mana pool size and mana pool regen rate.

Some enemies will scale to your level, but most have set levels. Basically, not really because it doesn't make a lot of sense for every monster in the world to get a sudden power up in order to try to keep up with your leveling

Also his sheet is the only one capable of Rank III bonuses at the start, however later on you'll be able to get those Rank III bonuses with any other of the characters as well.

Edit: Changed skills to bonuses, because you can get rank III skills already once you meet the requirements. Minor mix up of words on my part.
