So How Many people have characters?
The number of people who have complete characters (As in, ready for me to roll affinity) is 10.

Everyone else still needs to finish up their sheet, it could be as little as not having your personal skills done yet.
I don't count bios against completion, though.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Who're the ones who need to finish?
The people who don't have their sheet listed at the bottom of the OP. (I moved the finished sheets there.)

Luck doesn't affect your own crit rate in FEF, right? Just your enemy's?

'hokay, three things Bowtie.

First off: Your current mug has one eye looking one way, another the other making him look crosseyed. Here's a possible fix I made:

Second: That PF is a bit extreme. And by a bit I mean waaaaaaaaaaay extreme. You will literally be useless for 90% of the maps. Someone is almost always downed every map. It just happens. Something that would be better would be "If an ally within 3 tiles is downed, -10 to hit/evd" or something like that

Third: Your PS is also suuuuuuuuuper strong. Probably won't be allowed

Or like, if it's applied when someone dies. But then it bad due to how rare it would be.

There's always those tiny things I miss!
I didn't notice it at first, but now that you mention it..

Also: I did not, would you believe, remember that we're doing a Fire Emblem forum game, so I didn't think it would trigger very often.

And whoops. I have an easy fix for that.

No problem with the mug. It's what happens when you only swap out one eye :P

I'd suggest to you (and anyone else that's joined this game without having played/read any other FEFs) to read over some of the other FEFs. FEF2 is a decent one to read, aka fairly far along so a good example of stuff. You dun need to read every chapter just look it over, etc, get a feel for how things go
