There's a few sites. I use Imgur - you make an account, upload it, and it'll give you the bbcode you need to link the image.

I don't have copyright, it's a blend of two actual FE sprites. Don't submit it to the imgur gallery: just store it in your uploads.

It shouldn't get taken down for copyright, anyway.
