They dont? Thats odd. I wonder if they're expecting the majority of people getting a new are the people who had a 3ds already.

It's not the price I was concerned about, it would just be a bit of a disappointment to get the thing home and then realize you're short a charger.

It ships charged. You have 8+ hours to find a charger.
