All of the explanations given by the elders was a bit much to take at once, and seemed a bit lacking. Did they know what kind of worlds they would find out there?

"Well, excuse me, good sirs-" No quicker could Hafiz finish his line as his eyes were bombarded with colors bright enough to wish they went out of fashion.

And then sand, lots of sand, and a completely alien landspace. Some sort of coal covered the landscape, and everything smelled of a peculiar mold.

Hafiz didn't take that well to being snatched out of his plane of existence, as it turned out. While the others coped with it, he had sort of frozen in place. It tooks moments to realize he'd be left behind while the others were trying to protect themselves.

"Right... Scout's code, scout's code... 'a scout successful is the one that won't let fear catch them.'" He repeated the words a few times until he could steel himself to look at the landscape again.

"Ah, yes! To help the Prince! A chokepoint, yes?" Putting on the most forced smile in his life, Hafiz tried to do the task that seemed less demanding at his point (lest his poor consciousness be strained again). ...Except for the part plenty people crowded the front of the wall. No matter, he'd provide support for the prince, then. Definitely. He was basically going to hold a chokepoint too. Same difference.

Hafiz moves to 4,14.

Still, she didn't want to rush into the arms of the enemy. She wasn't so great and a stand up fight - she was small of frame

The thugs began to converge on the soldiers; one of them actually got close enough to axe Rashida a painful question! She replied with black flames that missed their target by a notch.

Rashida grunted as the axe struck her and felt woozy. Oh.. blood.. and pain. Yeah, that was probably going to happen on this journey.. She nearly toppled over but managed to catch herself with a leg even in her daze and gave what was probably a not very impressive retort to the bandit.

"G-go.. away" She slunk back towards the majority of the group and released another bolt at the bandit.

Move 6,11 and more Black Fire of bandits - with hopefully more success

Giving up on trying to keep sense of what was happening, she ran up to one of the bandits and punched him in the face with light exploding from her fist.
