4 is a minor success. And you had nothing to build the machine from. On a five you would have built it out of imagination, a six... fell mood.

Strange tendrils begin to float down from the ceiling, moving towards Nidilap. Something seems wrong here...

Edit: The tendrils are nearly touching Nidilap. Why does this not seem good?

Edit 2: The tendrils wrap around Nidilap's arms and legs and begin moving him like a puppet.

Turn Three: So Much Fail

INIT_BATTLE:

(Jase Bladeheart: 92)
(Johnny Nahmates: 26)
(Level One Evil Clown: 68)

Sir Notspyxeno draws his pistol and fires at the clown! (4-1=3vs. 4) The bullet misses. Sir Notspyxeno feels that if he could have focused and wasn't distracted by that taunting... that might have hit.

Jase rages at the clown! (6-1+2=7!vs.5) The axe hits strongly! Damage: (1+2vs.3) The clown parries with its dagger... barely.

Nidilap begins to move! (random attack roll: Jase Bladeheart!) Nidilap strikes at Jase! (5vs.5+2=7) The sword strike bounces off Jase's parry!

(2 for clowning around) The Evil Clown attacks with its dagger, having judged the greatest threat to be Jase! (2vs.4) why random.org why... (jase counterattack! 5-1+2vs.4) Yeah, the clown's leg is gone.

Lahaco: He attempts(he? she? it?) to build a new leg! (5 oh come on) Lahaco proceeds to cause matter to come into being with pure force of will! (roll to gain skill: I shouldn't do this... 6 oh right.) Lahaco has added the method of forcing matter into being with willpower into his memory banks. (matter roll: 5) Perfectly good scrap metal. Even a few good circuits usable for the servos. (crafting roll: 4) Lahaco proceeds to craft a new leg using all the metal-but Lahaco doesn't know how to attach the leg. It looks like it would work though.

Johnny Nahmates sends a kick to the Evil Clown's head! (4-1=3vs. 5) The clown rolls out of the way.

Blitz uses his copied ability! "THIS IS MY NAME! SIR NOTSPYXEN_COUGHCOUGHCOUGH" Blitz's throat is sore. Very sore. Ability fail.

Level One Evil Clown.
Active: Acid Pie: Throw an acid pie at a target, -1 to hit but +2 extra acid damage. 2 turn cooldown. Cooling down for two more turns.
Passive: Evil Clown Mockery: When attacking the Evil Clown the attackers get -1 to hit.
Malus Passive: Evil Clowning Around: When preforming an action, roll a six-sided die or something similar. On a 1 the action is dropped automatically.
Inventory: Clown Suit, Clown Makeup Kit, Clown Dagger, Missing Left Leg, Prone.

Study wiring on leg and stump to prepare for reattachment. Make a future note to not bloody use limbs in construction because that was stupid.
