You quickly release pheromones that suppresses their hunger. They are starting to wander off... (White stars with red glow on the map are your rogue xanlings.)
on padded paws, silent and invisible, I continue to advance. I don't engage any hostiles I encounter, instead just going on past them while keeping an eye on them in case they somehow notice me.
If they do spot me though, then if I'm close I pounce them and bite them, injecting my sleep-venom. If they have distance or heavy armor then I take cover and use my mass manip amp to smash them into the canyon walls and then pull the wall down overtop of them. and in the case of battlesuits I'll be microwaving them under the resulting pile of rubble to melt them and either finish killing them or at least encase them in molten stone.
Swift and light as wind you breeze through the canyon towards traitors. You make it to T3. Only one corner before you have straight line of sight to Thaddeus.
For a moment you can hear dubsteb blaring from south before it is cut off.
Team A message
I'll let a drone scout their position, see if I can spot their ampers and look at what defences they got set up.
Frigging campers.
Also got a guy in a MK3 if anyone wants to take him out.
Stay in cover, ready to fire my mining lazor at anything at a range and my green shotgun at anything close.
Keep relaying enemy positions and any signs of ambushes as I see them.
Let an automapping drone fly around their part of the canyon, starting from the bottom of their side of the map and going towards the top in a counterclockwise circle that passes through their base. If the drone survives, I pick it back up once it returns.
If I spot someone, fire at them if I can. If it looks like I've been spotted, retreat.
Drone sent out. It flies rather slowly. Does it relay its camera feed or just record it for later review?
Regardless, Tek comes flying with his rocket bike from south east and again you miss him. He disappears behind the pillar you are using as a shield.

Then dive behind cover at K-8.
Long range target shooting commence! Thaddeus is nice enough to be stationary target, but you still miss him. He probably didn't even notice you. That bastard!

Wave to Dubley and point frantically at what was Jason. Set it down immediately, or drop it if I'm already close to the ground.
Then, get back down into the canyon, specifically the section in J10. Once out of sight of the MK.III trooper, head towards Lars, staying in the canyon.
You can't find Dubley anywhere either. There's something, or someone, tall near you that dives down into canyon away from you. You drop that thing on your arms on ground and fly down into canyon hopefully to where Lars is. He's not there. Something big is and it runs away from you to west. As you walk after it you see lots of mess happening in west. Not sure what it is, you are having hard time identifying anything.
You start feeling fuzzy. It's hard to stay up...
Move to O2 and take cover, zap any enemies I see
No enemies in sight. Maybe they already passed you?
"No contacts at I8. Moving to M7; cover my flank!"
Advance to M7 and take cover behind that little outcropping.. If a target is called by a spotter, use Gauss Cannon on it. If I see one target, Raduga it. If I see multiples, PEW it in regular HEP mode.
You are slowly walking forward when you hear Flint's warning, and sure enough: Tek comes into view, flying directly towards you!
"Praise be Steve for delivering this blasphemer into my firing range!"
Single cutting beam from Raduga cuts off his left leg and arm and completely disables his bike. He's not dead yet, but will soon be.
