I've seen this happen too, it's a bit weird. Maybe one of the qualifications that a Outpost Liaison has to achieve is a great long term memory, but an awful short term memory.

Or maybe the reason for it is that Outpost Liaisons need to have a good long term memory, but an awful short term one? What do you think? :)
