I thought it was juggled around.

But, I guess it's juggled so much, that I'm after Karlito again.

Yeah, probably... sorry, I have been really busy.

Edit:  Alllriiighty so I opened it up and why are all the residential areas de-zoned?

Also, what mods should I be using?

This is pretty broken... I'll probably finish up tuesday night, too much brainpower for me to use right now.
