I said it once, I'll say it again. Go to the cat. Punch in snout to establish superiority.
Then throw it through the window.

You stroke the feline; it is smooth, and cool to the touch.
The texture reminds you of rubber and snakeleather.

The cat does not respond to your subtle interactions, so you decide to be less subtle.
The cat does not respond to your unsubtle interactions.

The cat offends you with its presence; it is easily hefted, and fails to struggle.

It flies with grace befitting its nature, and is swallowed by the empty frame.

Though light, your momentary burden has exerted you, and you sit to ponder the room.
You wonder why the jelly dessert is placed upon a chicken's water trough. It does not seem to be place to let a jelly dessert sit.

You recall an event. Within the recollection, you dined upon a jelly dessert such as the one before you. Joining you in your dining was another.
You do not recall their face or name.
You recall that the jelly dessert was sweet.

You're the same guy who made Wizardquest, right? Awesome.

Wear the jelly desert as a fancy hat.

Wonder why the entrance to the stairway is so tiny.

The Jelly fits snugly to your head. There is a momentary itching, as though an errant thought is brushing against the inside of your skull, but it abates.
The jelly is smooth, and cool to the touch.

You sample the dessert. The dessert is sweet and untextured.

You note the staircase. It is an unremarkable staircase with a remarkable ceiling, in that the ceiling is of unusual proximity to the floor.

You decide to note the staircase with greater scrutiny.

You have noted that the staircase has a top.
The top is noted to connect to a room.

Scream because we're green (unless green is our natural skin color).

You search for the cat.
You cannot see the cat.

In fact...

You cannot see much of anything at all.

Turning away from the view, you turn toward the lone book.
You wonder why the book is stacked on the ground, rather than stacked on a shelf.

The Glass Bramble.
You know this book.

Yes, you are certain that you've read these exact words before.
The illustrations bring forth memories. Images of golden fields and scents of manure.

Rub the thistle on your face. This is surely a good idea.
