Is there a Mad Max-like RP?

I'd like to make a freedom RP based on that sort of apocalypse. I wouldn't be a GM, it would be a sandbox (Literally), and we could arrange our own factions, and make sick cars, and all that sort of stuff. Any interest? I feel that being GMless would be fine, we could volunteer if necessary, like with a dungeon or town, instead of having a single, set GM
