What was going to be the twist for the current world we're in? :v

Also, what were your plans for the next couple worlds? Were we going to cross paths with other FEFs for instance? You dropped a pretty big hint to crossing paths with FEF3 for instance.

The blackness of current world is due to it being 'dream/memory'; all natives in da castle are long dead due to magickal explosions shenanigans when real!Prins stabbed his real!aunt mid-incantation that rendered them dead and their souls locked in ever-repeating cycle of castle-thrashing which never succeeded cuz Prins and 3 swordsmen couldnt get it done on their own. After memory!Prins would finally kill his memory!aunt, you would teleport outta the dreamverse into ruins of centuries-old castle where ghost!Prins would thank you and you would then find a shard amidst ruins. So no yaoi lover for Kerr, sorry Swordstar =P

Other world ideas of which I hoped to get at least 7-8 more done (halfway there Aliberti would become new Emperor of Zorestria after his dad would die of 'exhaustion' during one of his harem trips, hur hur):

1. Super magic library which you would visit twice; first 'in the future' of the library where main librarian would welcome you back and gibe you 2nd 'shard' from his world (and that's all, folks!), and later on you would visit it 'in the past' where young!main librarian would task you with cleaning some old, book-demons-possessed archives for 1st 'shard' from his world.
2. 1930s alternate world where Sovjets and WW1 never happened and you would help adventurous Russian princess hook up with young Russian artist while stealing a 'shard' from St.Petersburg Natural Sciences Museum while being chased by Imperial Russian Army's Paranormal Division with mandatory general ripper and T-34 in tow.
3. 1500s-like world where a Cortes-expy would fall in love with Miranda (dat boyish short haircut!) and make a deal; she stays as his exotic bride and you get the 'shard' but then SPANISH INQUISITION and Cortes-expy would help you escape, let Miranda go ('I couldn't bear to see your sadness' etc) and give you 'shard' of his world.
4. (Before this world, Prince Aliberti would rejoin) Fantasy world where a naive princess of 'barrier kingdom' rules happily... because this world's 'shard' powers anti-eldritch barrier that keeps remaining humans alive. Yes, you would have to stab the princess and basically doom her homeworld to hordes of human-eating demons if you want to save your world. Ain't I cruel! The kicker? The ominous villain-gathering traveler you saw in CaveWorld was her knight and lover, chasing after you through multiverses to avenge her and their world.
5. Magic Wars post-FEF1 where you would wind up in the treasury room of Riven the Horde Queen (yes the one and only from FEF1), who would plotkill two of royal siblings or one sibling and one of you (possibly Aurelian as I already discussed dis with Xanmy). Unfortunately for her this was in middle of Troy Lionheart rolling over her tower so she would leave you with buncha powered summons you would need to fend off while frantically searching through her treasure chests for the 'shard'. Twist: she would later join the World-4 advisor's band of villains and mutilate one of her servant maidens to serve as a decoy (the maid's skeleton with Riven's nameplate already showed in Troy's tomb, which you visited in FEF2)
6. Mandatory insertion into FEF3 world where you would steal some sci-fi weapons (but not mutagens/medical supplies) plus 'shard' while batteling Primary and Secondary security bots (aka ever tougher guys than the ones you had in FEF3 last chapter).
7. Faux-egyptian ruins where you would help Indiana Jones-expy search for some lost ancient treasure artifact of power and in the end you would also find the 'shard' of his world ('what, this tiny gemstone? sure you can have it.')
8. Desert world where you would fall in middle of a conspiracy/assassination triangle involving jolly fat sultan, scheming old vizir and equally scheming sultan's daughter in cahoots with vizir's son. The latter two would escape their respective father's wrath with help of World-4 advisor's only to join his band of villains.
9. A temple where fear-controlled humans would prefer to die rather than face their snake overlords... who would show up to try and eat you anyways while you try to steal the 'shard' from their nest. One of the human 'slavemasters' would join World-4's advisor's band of villains ('better that than get eaten for my failure!').
10. Desert world where you wold fall in middle of huge antlion pit only to be rescued by a caravan master and his camel knights; you would then be able to haggle for some artifacts, including one 'shard', in exchange for a 'kill bandits' quest... or in exchange for any artifact/sci-fi weapon from any other World you visited so far.
11. Future Zorestria long devastated by some cataclysm with people living on mobile island-ships as most of the land was flooded by icecaps melting.
12. Two spies asking you to assassinate an evil, corrupt official... but after you would return to the spies after the deed, they would blow up the castle you just infiltrated to kill all people inside, as the spies were not spies but terrorists wishing to ferment civil war. They would reward you with the 'shard' for your troubles, of course. You evildoers, you.
13. Sci-fi colonyship that uses 'shard' piece to power its FTL drive they use to flee a nuclear-war-devastated homeworld... of course after you would unplug the 'shard', the ship would go into self-destruct mode. Twist: after you teleport home, the space marines of the colonyship would trace you via their teleporters and jump after you to Zorestria castle in an attempt to retake their power-source 'shard'.

After you complete the Orb (SUPER PLOT SPOLIERS OF CENTURY):

The Orb would release its contents aka Soul of Xatar, the First Sage of Zorestria.

As it turns out, Xatar the Sage and the First Emperor wanted to make Zorestria strong so they began brutal conquest campaign across the continent. To cover up their misdeeds from future historians, they would make up the whole religion thing with Xatar taking the blame ('anything for Zorestria.'), plus of course murder of historians and bookkeepers and so on with help of Sect of Glass, whose real job is to keep the lid on the whole thing, under guise of 'purging Xatar worshippers'.

After this origins expositions, Soul of Xatar would spill his second role aka use his powers to save Zorestria from a calamity; the falling meteor of course being ideal. He would teleport you into the meteor and PLOTTWIST, it's not a meteor, its a giant rock chunk controlled and drive by World 4's Advisor and his Band of Villains, with the Advisor driving the rock chunk to obliterate your world to avenge his (yes, his fury goes that deep and yes, we have paradox/loop going here) and then you would have final boss battle between you, and Advisor and his band of villains from all other Worlds, and after that, you would blow the chunk from inside before Xatar would teleport you home and ~FIN~

...in last moment of final battle, Riven would steal Advisor's teleportation implements and hop to some random World to save herself. Which world would that be? WHO KNOWS!

Interesting in that the antagonist created the situation that led to the party needing the shard that doomed his world. Time shenanigans indeed.

Man, Riven is the ultimate AscendedExtra. If only IronyOwl knew what he had unleashed into the world.

Ooh, that would have been a lot of fun twists and turns. Glad to see you're taking steps to make things manageable, though, that's always a good idea. I enjoyed what we played of this game.
