Abilities
Ki Devour - This race has the strange ability to devour Ki, nullifying damage from ranged Ki attacks if they are successful. (question: is the ki added to their pool temporarily, like with Android 19 and 20? Or does it just disappear?)
Extra-Dimensional Storage - This race has an innate ability to withdraw items from a pocket of space outside of space and time and return them to that dimension at any time.
Transformation: High Djinn - This race has an ability to transform into a state wherein their Ki and Mystic Abilities are combined together to act as their level of strength in both of these tasks.
Techniques
Gonna need GM input on these, because I am going for weird support guy instead of traditional "RAWR MAH POWER LEVEL IS OVER 9000 AND HERE IS THE EXPLOSION TO PROVE IT!"

Appearance: I put hands on you (IN A TOTALLY APPROPRIATE PLACE), and then they glow, and then you don't feel so much like dying or suing for sexual harassment..

Effects: Heals one point of damage per time unit of sustained contact. Double Exertion if used on self.
Exertion: 2(?) per round? Or per point healed?
Name: Hyper Entropic Touch
Inventor: Probably me. Whoever I am.
Appearance: I extend a finger, which absorbs all light around it until charged, then press the finger to my target.
Type: Mystic
Charge Time: 11 (I think this is roughly 3 turns, could extend the charge time for the higher states.)
Effects: Upon being touched by the Hyper Entropic Finger, the target loses one level of transformation state. (SSJ3 is made SSJ2, SSJ1 is reverted to base, etc.)
Exertion: I'm just gonna leave this to GM decision.
Name: Hyper Entropic Field
Inventor: Only I would be awesome enough to make this. I think.
Appearance: I take a stance that looks roughly like I'm taking a dump. Which I am. On your life. While in this state my aura expands and distorts light.
Type: Mystic
Charge Time: 1 to activate effect, aura expansion rate is left to GM decision.
Effects: Upon taking the stance aura expands around the user at [rate]. Upon activation of effect, aura stops expansion and all parties within are unable to transform to other states. Only applies while user stays in stance.
Exertion: Gonna leave this to GM again.
Name: Ki Armor
Inventor: It isn't trademarked. So I did.
Appearance: User's Aura hardens around them and deflects blows meant for him/her
Type: Ki (surprisingly)
Charge Time: Variable.
Effects: Deflects one damage from each attack suffered per 5 time units spent charging.
Exertion: .5 during charge, 2 each turn effect is held

Inventor: No one else could make that pun!
Appearance: I get a light bulb over my head and then probably pass out.
Type: Mystic
Charge Time: 1
Effects: Remember one fact of own life per use. Very GM dependent.
Exertion: All remaining (instant knockout just add plot!)
