Xenoverse rules: high charge time, high Exertion, can't be normal-blocked, medium-range, swapping bodies means swapping movesets, meaning they can just body change back, poses.
Ginyu is a mutant so only he doesn't change movesets.

Xenoverse rules actually says body change is one-time, but now that I've typed that I realize how stupid that would be to implement in a roleplaying game.

I've kinda been thinking about stuff and I've got a pretty good idea for what everyone's likely to do in general, as well as their standing (I.e. heroic/good or villainous/bad, etc).

Nohkan: Good disposition. Assists the humans, possibly against Pree and Ateyo.
Fuar: Neutral disposition, possibly good. Attempt to learn more about Earth; assists Nohkan / Matilda.
Pree: Bad disposition. Searches for the Dragon Balls, possibly attacks the humans / Nohkan / Fuar to do so.
Ateyo: Bad disposition. Assists Pree in her goals.
Matilda: Good disposition. Fights and beats everyone Opposes / stops Pree and Ateyo.
Dr. Axal: Good disposition. Opposes / stops Pree and Ateyo; may attempt to learn more about Pree, Ateyo, Nohkan and/or Fuar.
Yusuke: Good disposition. Assists Dr. Axal.

Please take all of this with a grain of salt, as well as note that most of it is rather obvious.
Also, sorry for all this double-posting. I'll stop from now on.

Means to an end, actually. "Bring me the dragon balls and I'll stop killing your entire race." How else is she going to find them?

"Well there's this thing that this corporation makes that can do that for you.."

That would certainly be ideal, though she wouldn't do that last bit. 20% good, after all.

Yup, that's what I'm trying to do. I've got a basic feel of Pree's core characteristics (genocider, kills children, fair with deals, soft spot for puppies/kittens/etc.(will still kill them for profit, though)) and based her soul purity around that.
