EDIT: Actually, you'll explode even if you win the roll. It's just too much energy to handle for a Majinn.

EDIT2: Realised you're not a Majinn. You'll have to roll to contain the power until it dissipates or you'll explode.
I made this stupid complex. Roll to see how much energy you absorb and it'll give you a bonus the next turn. If your roll is worse than his roll you take full damage.
