I assume many have seen the metamorphican games? Well, I'm goin' in deep. I'll be accepting four players to start with. If you don't know, then I'll be using the metamorphica to randomly roll powers.

 The government sanctioned operation was one of the most highly hidden secrets. The ability to make superhumans was amazing. The US kept it hidden, because they had one problem: They couldn't control it. Anybody who was able to find out about this secret was disposed of. In a hidden bunker in NYC, criminals had been taken to be tested on. They were tested on, but they dodged a bullet. A large-scale virus crippled humanity. Only a few people remain in the bunker, but the subjects were cryofrozen. They are soon to be let out due to the automated system, but their captors aren't there to look on at the moment.

Name: Bernardo Hoagie
Backstory: A former P.I, he took a case that went too deep, and he learned too much. As such, the U.S made trump charges against him, and he was removed from society soon afterwards.
Crime: Treason, Extortion, Murder, Grand Theft Auto, Jaywalking, etc.

I have been looking into getting back into RTDs.  I have never played a Metamorphican game either, but the concept piques my interest.

Name: Christophe Reed
Backstory: From even a very young age, Chris was obsessed with power.  As a son of a wealthy CEO, he was also early acquainted with money, and large amounts of it.  He went to a high-end private school where his talent for glib and his handsome features built him into one of those boys that led the impressionable in a pack behind him.  But even then he was manipulative, sometimes just for the sake of it but usually because his father's preoccupation with money was passed down to his son.  Therefore, if he could get others to pay for him then why should he pay?  He kept this attitude during his teenage years as well, where he expanded his studies and his interest towards the government.  With a free ride to an impressive law school paid for by daddy dearest, it seemed as if his future was all set in stone as a perfect political candidate.  In fact, it wasn't difficult for Christophe to put in as much effort as was necessary (and supplement the rest with other people's) in order to graduate with high marks.  He then quickly built up a career in the Republican party and was soon an excited candidate for the position of mayor for New York City.  Winning the people over was Christophe's greatest talent, so the position?  An easy fruit to reach.  Years of skill in sweet talking (like a politician) swayed the ballot like little else could, and where his charm didn't work-- a practical application of funds did.  However, his own dual lusts for control and cash drove him to dabble in office with measures that were far below the bar set by law.  He accepted bribes from corporations, held back funds from the budget, and hired thugs to silence his critics.  When he became worried about his position as the suspicious crowd grew, he outright began to pocket the city's money even as he continued to arrange favors for the highest bidder.  At the climax of his illegal activities, he arranged three million to be sent to his already loaded bank account from the tax money of the honest citizenry.  By this time however, his desperation had made him careless and he was discovered by the press to be a fraud and publicly impeached for the largest scandal the state had seen in over fifty years.
Crime: Accepting bribes; abuse of power in public office; large-scale theft; paying criminals for assault; one case of indirect murder due to one such assault resulting in hospitalization and death.

I hope this is fine.  I haven't played an RTD in quite a while and so my sheet-making skills are rusty.   If I need to add or change anything, then let me know.

Backstory: Maximilian was a tinfoil-hat wearing conspiracy theorist who believed that the alien Illuminati government was trying to develop super powered soldiers, wipe out the rest of humanity, and turn the earth into a giant pyramid.

 Name: Jose Escamilla
Backstory: Jose was born to a lower class family in a poor neighborhood. His family attempted to give him the ability to get a better life, but the poor public school system and large gang influence in his neighborhood led to him falling in with the wrong crowd and dropping out of high school. The bright boy turned his intelligence away from books and towards the business of drug dealing and other less than legal jobs. Most of the money he earned went to help support his six younger siblings, and he worked his way up from being a common pusher to being a trusted distributor. His reputation for profit and not being afraid to get his hands dirty made him well known in the criminal underworld as a man who could get anything somebody wanted. He managed to keep himself from being tied to any crimes through careful dealings and selection of clientele. Still, thr money wasn't enough to support his family and their already por housing was being foreclosed on. His desire to earn enough money to stop the foreclosure led him to gradually become careless. He finally slipped up when one of the few gang members who he trusted was caught and turned informant for a plea deal. The informant set him up in a large scale sting and testified against him to link him to some of the other crimes he had committed.
Crime: Multiple counts of illegal distribution of controlled substances, multiple counts of aggravated assault, five counts of robbery with a weapon, two counts of jaywalking

Everybody wakes up out of Cryofreeze. They are instantly ejected onto the ground. The room is dark and covered in steel, and has person-sized windows. The door is cracked open. This was the last thing they saw before they were frozen.

Bernardo feels like his face has changed. He notices that he can see his nose very clearly. He has a long, snout-like face!

Cristhophe feels the size of themselves and the other criminals. He can feel the size of them, but as he holds a hand over on his arm, he notices he can only change it by touch! He can sense how long he can hold it, which is half a day.

Maximilian gets up, and he looks around as well. He feels his butt jig- wait. It got bigger! Dat ass!

Jose feels the life energies around the few others. He can feel that he can steal it, but only if he's up close at around seven feet.

(wooo, nobody got cancer yet. I'll find some more to talk about if you guys leave the room or bunker. Still, don't let me discourage you from doing what you want to do. Have conversations and experiment with your powers if you want.)
