I would love to see a TV or movie series based in the 40k universe. It could either be played pure grimdark or go for a more light-hearted tone like in the Cain series. I don't particularly care (though I think Cain would be a great choice). I just want to see Orks and Tyranids and Marines and Guardsmen with the budget to create effects worthy of such a universe.

Speaking of RPG tie-in films, I'd like to see a Dungeons & Dragons movie that's actually good. Preferably one with a plot taken directly from a classic adventure or campaign such as Temple of Elemental Evil, The Great Modron March, Castle Zagyg, or Baldur's Gate

I wish they'd do more with the starship troopers franchise. I've read the book, seen the movies, seen the animated movie, the other animated movie/OVA, the animated serie, played the games (some of them, seen short let's plays of the rest), and I know about the 2 tabletop games (but good luck finding that one) and such.

I think someone needs to do a heavy metal video that makes use of footage of factory farms while singing a song about how sausage is made. Or better yet, it could be part of a live act, and they could also have people distribute free meat products to the crowd while they sing.
