Start pushing random buttons to shut off the engine and hopefully land on Madagascar
You push a red button, and see a large flash. You look down and see a very large explosion over Tanzania. Oops.
You push a green button, and nothing happens. You push a blue button, and the engine shuts off. Not a moment too soon. You figure that much longer, and you would faint from lack of oxygen. As it is, you feel weightless, but hear air still rushing past the hole you made in the nose cone.

You recall a video game you used to play as a kid. And how similar your current situation is to it. But you can't just jump off the missile without something to slow your decent. You need a plan.

You look and see an airplane flying nearby, jump off and land on it

Are suggestions like this allowed? If not

Look for any nearby aircraft

You can fake being able to run on water. You can't fake looking cool when you break your foot on a door and hit your head on the floor.

If it is somewhat reasonable, I'll allow it.

You see an american spy drone following the missile, and you jump onto it. Since the craft is so light, it starts losing control for a few seconds, until you shift your weight towards the center. The plane cannot cope with your extra weight because it starts to lose altitude.

Use it as a glider and glide down to the ground. Aim for a pool of water and ensure the drone hits first to disrupt surface tension so we don't break every bone in our body.

You use your weight to fly the drone down to the ground, but it was clearly not meant to hold your weight because it starts dropping faster and faster. You aim for the coast of Madagascar, and try to land in the water. At the last second, you lean back and pull the drone up to soften the landing. Still, it strikes the water with enough force to tear the wings off. It skips 7 times, then splashes in the ocean. You misjudged your decent and are now several miles off the coast. You can't even see the coast anymore.

Find literal Navy Seal.
You look around, but see nothing for miles, when suddenly, an american submarine surfaces and a navy seal comes out. He swims to you, ties you up, then brings you on board. He says, "who are you, and what are you doing here?"

(I meant literally a seal trained by the Navy. Oh well, this works too)

Tell him our improbable tale. With polygraph if necessary.

You tell him your tale, leaving out the part where you accidentally detonated the nuke. He obviously doesn't believe you so he hooks up a polygraph to you, and you tell your story again. He seems convinced, so he asks, "what army are you from?"

We honestly don't know?

You explain that you have no idea what army you are from, or anything about where you are from. All you remember was that you were fighting the Tanzanians, and they took you prisoner. At that moment, a depth charge goes off and the submarine is rocked around, throwing the navy seal off balance.  Another depth charge goes off, and all power goes out.

You find a knife on the floor and cut your own ropes. Nobody noticed you.
