They don't gotta be naked, and you can geld someone with the ground, so I'm sure you could punch someone in the junk and have it sail off in an arc.

Screw it. I'm removing the [GELDABLE] tag from creatures. This is making me wince just by reading about it, and I'm immune to all of the traditional ways of making someone feel queasy.

I think it wouldn't have been so bad if it happened with a metal axe or a sword, but a wooden spike?  yeouch.  The menacing spike got that much more menacing. 

Also would have thought that a 7000000cm³ blind cave ogres' geldable parts were too large to sever with a 10 contact area wooden spike, but I guess not.  Something for the wiki I guess...

Also, I'm pretty sure the geldable tag is attached to the lower body. Sexual organs don't exist. Its all about smooth lower-bodies bumping into each other.

It'll be in body_default.  Just looking at it quickly a "default" hand is size 80, so even that could not be severed with a wooden spike.  I forget if the "default" size is human or dwarf.

Well, maybe they are not really gelded, but just made infertile? All you need to do so in mammals (an most vertebrates in fact) is to sever their vasa deferentia. Which are very narrow comparing to the size of testicles.
