Bridge.

"I see signs of gunfire, probably some kind of unrest or piracy at work here."

Go up the stairs! Follow the blood! Let the lack of danger thus far lull me into a sense of complacency!

Danger sense should start tingling at this point. At the point where stairs make turn the back wall is riddled with small holes and dents, indicating rather heavy firefight. On opposite side the wall and doorframe to the bridge have series of big dents and the door is literally torn out and into pieces.

The bridge (chart space and wheel house) is a real battlefield. Almost all windows are broken, tables shattered and computers broken. The floor is littered with small gun shells, wood splinters and blood. It looks like defenders hold invasion off from all directions while being fired upon some heavy hitter. There's no trace of what caused all the bigger dents.

Radio room is quite intact, but missing most of equipment.

Oh, and you see single seagull dragging its wing behind on northern balcony.

A Deck.

Sean would appear saddened and upset before reaching down and uncurling its arms and seeing what it is holding
See what the corpse is holding, then loot the locker
Something has....obviously happened, perhaps the shit got damage in the process of all the rain. This...this on it's own...is upsetting

A cellphone. Samsung Galaxy S9 apparently.

The locker contains mostly personal items. Phone charger, razors, toothbrush, soap, pack of condoms, unopened bottle of vodka, pack of mild pain medication, porn mags, ORift VR headgear with micro-USB connector, a photo of smiling man and dark skinned woman on some beach. With some stretch of imagination you could see connection between man in the photo and the corpse in the cabinet.
What you gonna get? You are running out of hands to carry everything.

Your companion is having a mental breakdown.

Start tearing up, and then start crying.
"Oh God, what happened to him? I'm gonna die here,imgonnadiehere,imgonnadiehere....."

[2] You are on verge of tears, but none comes. Freakout happens anyway.

Reload shotgun, take coffee makers and the microwave.

You heave the microwave on your shulder and akwardly manage to grab the coffee makers with other hand.

2nd Deck.

"Alrighty, I'm going diving into what seems to be the steering gears. Wish me luck." Well, let's go diving, eh? Be careful and relay anything strange I see or any supplies that might be useful back to capt'n.

In over all steering gear seems to be well-oiled, but you can see rust developing in many spots. You think it can be somewhat easily fixed after all water is pumped out. Though it makes you worry about what shape the engine might be.

Endeavour.

//Aboard Endeavour.

"That's... bizarre. Thanks for the heads-up, ISS. Endeavour over and out."

Get in contact with the other ships, try to figure out where we are in relation to each other.

  • Endeavour and Constantinople are relatively intact -- whichever is nearest to New Horizon should move to assist them in repairs after finishing their current business.
  • If Genesis or Voyager continue having difficulties with their reactors, ask them if they'd like to have engineers and technicians with the most relevant knowledge to help them work out the problem over radio/if they need another ship to aid them.
  • Share the information about the inconsistent depths. Tell them to let people know that, because of that and the onboard equipment, it might  be practical to build artificial islands if fairly level subsurface places can be located near the surface.

Also, ask someone to take samples of the "ocean" water, to test the salinity &c.

Looks like I have totally missed the "sampling ocean water" part. Consider it as time required to do analysis.
Result: Water salinity on surface matches normal salinity levels. Pretty avarage actually. Water is clearer than normally in this area, but it is not unexpected. Nothing else particularly stands out. Thought considering amount of water that rained down on last few months water should be much less salty.

Spoiler: Danny Smith (click to show/hide)

You woke up a little late for looting party, but I'm sure they appreciate if you bring them few big bags for their loot. You are on board of Endeavour.

To others via radio: "Found the bridge, and it seems like pirates hit this place. Or there was a mutiny. Heavy weapons have been discharged. In any case, whoever did this probably isn't around anymore and took all the stuff these people had with them. Radio equipment's gone, computers are shot to pieces."

Grab the seagull and return to the others.

Can you help me move some one back to the ship, she seems a bit...shocked over seeing a dead body clutching a phone with what I can only guess was last displaying a photo of his family...I don't think that the ships that we are on are the only survivors of the storm...

would chuckle a bit grimly on the walkie talky as he goes to move Eireka out of the room
Thank you, I don't think she, or really any of us can handle too much more of this. We were lucky....many were not.

1st Deck.

"Aye aye, friendo."

On the way back help my good friend take my other good friend back to the ship.

The seagull leads you on merry chase around the balcony. Doesn't look like it wants to be caught. When you finally catch it, it trashes around so hard that you can't snap its neck.

Returning and assisting escorting unwilling drunk to the boat.

Start screaming, and then try to calm myself down.
"AAAAAHHHHH! SOMEBODY HELP ME! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE!!! thisisjustadream,youreokay,calmdownclamdowncalmdown......"

Nope, no calming down! This place has some seriously bad mojo. RUN!

Or swallow that vodka Sean is forcibly making you drink.

Drink up buddy.

[6 vs 2] You force some vodka down her throat, pocket the phone and drag her all the way down to the boat with assistance of Dick.

Go back to our boat, deposit loot.

Back on the boat you find other team members. Eirika smells strongly of alcohol and mutters about having a dream, probably all thanks to the bottle of vodka she's holding. All but one is here.

3rd Deck.

That should be everything on this floor, okay, go down another floor and see what I can see, if I have time, open the first door I see.

After looking around a while you find stairs down around the corner you didn't check closely and make your way down to another water filled room. An engine room.

No doors in sight as this is half of size of previous deck and basically on bottom of the ship.

"Not sure pacifying someone with vodka was the best idea, even if it did seem to kinda work."

Radio: %Mother Base, can you send over some extra searchers? Like, a team or two? This place is enormous and not very dangerous thus far.%

Request assistance.
