Go ahead with hull examination. Make fuel a looting priority. Also oars.

Ok. Remind me about this around Sunday.

Despite of having idea for large scale flow of events this game is starting to bore me. Perhaps it is due poor planning by my side. Preparation phase was much more interesting, albeit more time consuming. I'll still try to lug this forward for now.

C Deck.

Look into those offquarts! Look all around them.

You quickly scan through rooms.

#1. Is labelled as No. 1 Locker
#2. Has label 3/OFF K. MADDOX
#3. 2/OFF A. WHITEHEAD
#4. CAP'S DAY RM D. SPARKS
#5. Is filled with vertical ducts and pipes.
#7. Stairs up! But colored with dried blood...

A Deck.

Loot 4 and 3

Room #3 appears to be a larvatory. Showers combined with toilets.
Door to room #4 opens only two centimeters, as if blocked from inside.

Go South, follow blood West.

You walk through the pantry and then to west. There you find a nice mess hall, on one table is a fallen over cup and a dark stain next to it. On north wall is a table with two coffee makers. Eastern side is smoking space judging by the plaque depicting a smoking cigarette. There's a four couches around a table and a microwave oven in corner.

Main attraction however are pools of dried blood on floor and mysterious dents on walls and floor near them.

1st Deck.

Grab a wrench and exit into the hallway.

You do so. The wrench is nice and big.

2nd Deck.

Swim south, take a look around and see what I can see.

You see numerous tanks. The small one directly south of you reads "WASTE OIL SERV.T". Every now and then you see small bubble of black oil floating up from it.

Endeavour

Go ahead with hull examination. Make fuel a looting priority. Also oars.

Ok. Remind me about this around Sunday.
((Here y'go.))

The few volunteers you managed to gather report that hull seems fully intact. Only thing that doesn't belong is that red cable and odd streamlined device in front end of the cable attached into bottom of the hull.

((Well, maybe you shouldn't have us searching enormous ships with mostly nothing very interesting in them aside from lots and lots of dried blood. It's a question of pacing, you see.

It might have been a bit more exciting in the vault, I'm sad to say. Then again, it would be just as exciting on the ship if we didn't have to manually search the entire ghost ship. That is, if we were working with longer timescales.))

Check the other doors!

((Indeed, in hindsight it wasn't the best idea. But I needed a big ship to tell a story and used general arrangement plans of real transport ship for maps because I like maps. Shit happened, people died and as you have seen, the ship was partially looted.
Dunno if it would have been more exciting in your doom pit. It was pretty well constructed and it is rather isolated of rest of the world.

Let's see if we can change pacing a bit.))

You find four other bedrooms, one belonging to chief engineer. Nothing much really, other than small traces of shooting and violence.

A Deck.

Go upstairs.

Let's say you join Sean in his attempt to break into the room.

charge and slam into door 4 and push it open!
Some one help me push this open!

Together with Eirika you manage to bash the door in a bit, just enough to get your hand inside and wedge out the whatever that was blocking the door. As it turns out, there was a bed, metal locker from front corner and a desk placed in such way that they blocked the door. Clearly whoever did this was unable to leave the room, but you see no one. The window is small and locked so no one can leave that way. That leaves the clothes cabinet.

And from there you find a human corpse in fetal position. It seems to be holding something against its chest.

2nd Deck.

Let's go back towards the stairs, see about opening door 2, Second Deck

The room behind this door is rather cramped one, not much space to turn around. Do you like cave diving? Because this is perfect opportunity to train or panic. Anyway, this room seems to contain main mechanics for steering gear. Deeper analysis requires diving in.

Sean would appear saddened and upset before reaching down and uncurling its arms and seeing what it is holding
See what the corpse is holding, then loot the locker
Something has....obviously happened, perhaps the shit got damage in the process of all the rain. This...this on it's own...is upsetting

"I see signs of gunfire, probably some kind of unrest or piracy at work here."

Go up the stairs! Follow the blood! Let the lack of danger thus far lull me into a sense of complacency!

"Alrighty, I'm going diving into what seems to be the steering gears. Wish me luck." Well, let's go diving, eh? Be careful and relay anything strange I see or any supplies that might be useful back to capt'n.
